Kid's Jitsu Classes!
Children will learn the basic  positioning and self defense techniques in the traditional gentle way of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
The fun and learning never ends! Classes are packed full of games and technical training specific to conditioning, strength, agility and endurance necessary to posses the skills to protect oneself while maintaining a preserved state of control. Instructed by ShawnDee Solosabal.
